How are you doing on your squats? Many people have weak knees and have a hard time doing squats. If you are one of those people you can start with deadlifts to focus on your glutes. Don’t get intimidated by machines at the gym or performing perfectly. Just make sure to start with a weight you know you can handle before you go freestyle like I am doing in this video. Injury can happen with squats if you do not perform properly or if you add too much weight.
