As we have seen in the past, summertime is where people tend to drop off, spend time with family and friends and often take vacation time away from the regular routine. This makes up for less participation and ultimately less motivation for the group as a whole. We believe that it’s important to take breaks from time to time and reevaluate goals and make decisions about where the future will take you. BMM wants to take this time to thank you all for your ongoing support and dedication to this group and we hope that you have reached new heights in your fitness goals. We invite you to continue on with us and enjoy the downloads, workouts, and recipes within the site. What you should do this summer….
We challenge you to spend a little less time on social media and live life to the fullest with those around you. Make new friends or make time for those that you have not had time for in the past. Make real memories and cherish the time spent with others. Maybe just take some time for yourself, enjoy a sunrise or a sunset and breath in this amazing thing called life. Get out of your comfort zone and try new things in your community. Stay active everyday doing things you love and nourish your body with the amazing foods of the earth. Keep it simple.
