If you have been involved in the BMM fitness program for any length of time you might be starting to understand that there are so many variables and that the work put in doesn’t always equal the results you want immediately. I want to remind you that you are not alone and that the struggle is real. What do you do when everything you thought made sense starts to seem more like a mystery? First I want to talk about a few reasons why you should not give up even if you haven’t hit your goal yet.
I wanted to note there are endless benefits of the fitness journey. First of all, any journey will have ups and downs. Count your learning experiences as ups and you will see less downs. The longer you stay focused and open to learn the more information you will obtain and the closer you will be to the knowledge you need to get to your goal. You have to be committed to a lifetime of learning. This doesn’t mean you learn everything over night or try and cram every bit of the endless amount of fitness articles and try to decide what is correct. You just stay open to taking information in as it is offered to you and apply it where it applies to you. Ask questions when you need to and be patient that the solution will be revealed to you in one way or another.
It can all be very overwhelming when you first get started, even in this program where many things are laid out for you there are is a long list of extra variables that can be effecting your progress. Here is a list of things, that over the course of the next few months I would like to cover. Take note if any of these things are effecting you or perhaps stand out to you.
