• Smoothie Month- Detox the delicious way

    We always love starting the new year off with a good smoothie challenge. Here are some good reasons that you might want to take part and enjoy this healthy all natural way to detox.

    First- After the holidays we often need a refined sugar detox and one of the best ways to do that is replacing those nutrient deficient sugars with healthy, fibrous, and nutrient dense fruit juices.

    Second- It’s important after the holidays to get back in a healthy routine as soon as possible. It can be tough to draw the line in the sand but when you actually look forward to the healthy meals you get to eat making new healthy habits are more likely to stick for the run.


    There are a plenty of reasons you may want to add a smoothie into your diet. The things that you can add to your smoothie can help with digestion, be vitamin rich and have a full range of healthy fat, protein and carbs.


    All January we are sharing our favorite and healthiest smoothie recipes and getting in shape while eating yummy food.

    Kiwi Coconut

    • 1 banana
    • 1 kiwi
    • 2 tbsp hemp hearts
    • 3 cups of kale
    • 2 cups of coconut water


    Flax Smoothie

    • 1 banana
    • 6 large strawberries
    • 1 TBSP Goji berries
    • 1 Heaping TBSP FLAXSEED
    • 1/2 avocado



    Mango Pineapple smoothie

    Using Frozen fruit

    • Mango
    • pineapple
    • coconut milk
    • apple juice
    • carrots
    • Plain Greek yogurt
    • 1/2 banana
