Nicci and I sat down to discuss the Keto diet. I am sometimes a skeptic about extreme diets. I realize that we are all trying to figure out what will work best for us as we are all different. Mainly, I wanted to hear what someone that had tried it had to say. I will continue to ask and search for some solid scientific evidence on the topic as I hope that if you are interested in trying it will do also. We would love to open up the comments for those that feel that this is a good path.
Remember, the key to long term success is finding a healthy balance that you can live with day in and day out. Your goals should be for the long term and not just temporary fixes.
