    I had some questions for the plant-based Guru:

    Q: Can you give me a few things that I can say about you and your vision.
    A: My vision is to build a global community of Glow Getters who are leaders in showcasing the power of self nourishment through plant-based foods, fitness and spiritual practices so that they can live an inspired life.
    Q: What do you think the most important thing about food.
    A: Nutrient Density Then taste, then simplicity.. 😀
    Q: What is the most important thing to know about your body/mind connection.
    A: The feelings come first. People say health starts with fitness, others say it’s what you eat. I say – it starts in your heart. You have to find the alignment through your heart on an ongoing basis. You have to maintain and implement practices like prayer, meditation, etc. to maintain your lifestyle of self-love.
    Q: What got you started on your journey with whole/raw foods.
    A: I battled with Depression for a year and a half when I started off my career as a Mechanical Engineer in the coal mines when I was 22. I couldn’t figure out what was “wrong with me” and ended up going to a rejuvenation center in Patagonia Arizona where I immersed myself in a 90-day raw vegan experience that ended up changing the course of your life.
