As I’m working away on BMM’s Body Makeover Cookbook I wanted to share with you some books I have read over the years and thought you may find interesting. The thing is there is already so much great information out there from some really great sources, it would be a shame not to share and let you decide for yourself. That is the goal after all, to have you learn and achieve the knowledge you need to take care of yourself and your health for the long run. The more you learn the better you will be in making good choices for yourself and your families.

Keeping an open mind allows you to grow and develop as a person so don’t let BMM’s ideas rule your thinking. Just like anything you read you must always check with your inner spirit and decide if what you are being taught is solid for your own life. I try and provide content that I believe to be true to me and from what I have seen with my own eyes to work. I have heard many stories and things that have worked for others. This only brings me to the conclusion that there are many true facts that lead people to what they are looking for and there are as many varieties as there are people. Finding what will work for you is a journey of discovery and should be looked at as an exciting adventure. Our ideas are what makes us unique and our opinion is what gives us conversation to create relationships and that, is the spice of life.
