    Left over meals all in one. Through what I had left over from my meal prep this week. What flavour. Sometimes you just need to be creative to get those healthy meals in.

    1 cup of water

    1 cup roast beef cut in cubes

    1 chicken breast cut in cubes

    1 pound spicy sausage

    4 cups potatoes cut in Cubes

    1 bunch or handful chopped asparagus

    1 cup of peas

    1 head broccoli

    2-4 cloves of garlic

    1 onion

    Salt and pepper to taste

    1 tbsp Turmeric

    1/4 tsp of nutmeg

    4 cups of water

    Throw it all into a crockpot

    Cook on high 1 hour

    Turn low for 6-8 hours
