We love talking about food. Making healthy choices can be hard when there are so many tempting choices. It takes discipline, knowledge, and support to make healthy choices a lifestyle. We always like starting off new BMM challenges with a lot of talk about diet. Ultimately your best body will be directly linked to what you eat. We are going to be deticating the whole month of October to talk about food choices.
All you have to do to participate is make a healthy meal and share it and it’s ingredients. We are always looking for new healthy recipes or fun food facts to share. What works for you? What is your favorite go to? Why do you eat what you eat? Do you have any craving hacks?
In our Shift program, we talk about how we think about food can affect our results. There are many myths to bust and understanding what it takes to live healthy has a lot of point of views that can become overwhelming. At BMM we try and simplify as much as possible and address some of the questions you still might have.
