• Be successful every Monday.

    Monday morning hits and you have made your promises. It’s time to do yourself right this time.

    Here are some things you can do on Sunday to prepare for success:

     

    1. Food prep. This doesn’t always have to mean that you make all the meals for the day but simply planning out what you need to be eating throughout the week will make a huge difference. Make sure when you go grocery shopping that you make a list.
    2. Schedule out your workouts; what classes you will be taking, what programs you will be using and mark them in a schedule. If you don’t have a scheduler/journal, it’s time to start using one.
    3. Plan your social time. Too much work and not enough play is never good for anyone. Make sure you have plans to spend time with friends or family.
    4. Make sure you have time for pure rest. You may need to plan it out or even say no to some extra things this week. Make sure that you aren’t overloading yourself, stress can lead to overeating and weight gain.

    Using the diet plan given to us, i amended to suit my requirements and calories. I planned out everything I am going to eat from Sunday to Wednesday. I have decided to give myself Saturday off to catch up with friends and have a meal I did not have to cook for myself.
    I have saved money and cooked everything I have bought.
    In regards to training I have arranged the days so it fits in to my schedule.
