• A checklist for those competing in the Fit Soul.

    As we approach the end of the Fit Soul Challenge it’s time to beware that not everyone that is training hard is sharing their progress. In the last week or two I have been noticing people coming out of the wood works with amazing results. If you are one of those people that have been putting your goals on the back burner, now is the time to step up your game. It’s not too late to get your goals back on track. Many of you may have had the Halloween candy temptation take over or maybe you have been struck with the seasonal flu. These are all great excuses but don’t let it keep you back from reaching your goal. 
    Let’s assess the situation:
    Is your diet on track? Are you eating within your macros are you still struggling to figure them out? If so, ask for help. Either from one of the BMM leaders, or email your questions into lexifitnessandmedia@live.ca we are here to help you succeed. 
    Have you been getting your workouts done and do you feel strong? If not it’s time to put the excuses aside and turn it around.
    For those competing in Best Body of 2015, have you booked your photoshoot yet? If not, do it now or ask for help.
    Basically, what I’m saying is if you don’t feel confident  that you will want to hand in your before and afters or your professional picture at the end of the month, then reach out and ask for help. It will also be beneficial to you to tune in on Monday night at 8pm MTS on Periscope (an app you can download and listen to me live on). I will answer your questions there and hope to help you feel confident about your submissions.
